easter at grandma’s

In lunch on April 28, 2014 at 11:27 pm

for easter lunch at grandma’s, we had a simple but delicious frittata with spinach, tomato, mozzarella and basil.

on the side there were a selection of little breads (including hotcross buns because, of course) and a salad with pickled red onions, watermelon, cucumber and a little crumbled blue cheese.
