blueberry baked oatmeal

this recipe was quite a hit.

we used only about half the maple syrup called for, and i think next time i make it i’ll use less butter in the fruit. also, when i heated it up on the second day, i poured some milk over it, which was a lovely twist.

  1. you need to say that the recipe takes about 40-50 minutes to bake, so it helps to have a mama to put it into the oven for those 40-50 minutes extra shut-eye. ;)
