healthy, easy, tasty snack from childhood. let’s build!

cereal – two kinds are always better than one.

dried fruit – cranberries, raisins, currants, goji berries. whatever you got.

and some nuts…

and some coconut (okay, a lot of coconut! i love all things coconut. speaking of which, where are those coconut girl scout samoas i ordered? and why do the girl scouts plan their cookies to come out during lent when everyone gives up sweets? seems counter productive to me.)

at this point i would totally have added chocolate chips if i had had any. boo! (although i was planning on eating this for breakfast, so it’s probably better without the added sugar.)

mix well.
